Photo Usage
Photo Usage Policy
All photos on this website are the property of the photographer. Website visitors have limited rights to use photos for personal display (i.e. desktop wallpaper). For any other uses, users must contact the photographer for permission. Users may not crop, resize, or otherwise alter any photos without first receiving permission.
Most photographers are more than happy to help interested parties with reasonable requests. Photographers may be contacted via the links in each photo information box. No reproduction or distribution of photos is allowed. Photos may not be used commercially.
All photos on this site are licensed to MSP Spotters.net and are protected under international copyright laws. By uploading photos to MSP Spotters.net, you grant MSP Spotters.net a license to display your images on the mspspotters.net domain name. Under this license, MSP Spotters.net is not allowed to use your images in any other way. MSP Spotters.net does not reproduce, modify, transmit, or distribute user submitted photos. MSP Spotters.net does not barter, sell, or trade user submitted photos. MSP Spotters.net does not make any claim of ownership of photos displayed on the website.
A copyright bar is included on all photos. We ask that you do not remove this watermark unless permission for photo use is granted by the photographer. In this case, it may prove easier to obtain an original copy of the photo from the photographer. Please do not link directly to images on this site. Instead please use the ‘Quick Link’ URL that can be found on the top of each large photo. Thank you for your cooperation. Should you have any questions regarding this policy, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Liability
Photographers, by accepting our upload terms and conditions, you certify that all photos belong to you. You accept all responsibility for that photo. If you are found in breach of our terms and conditions, action will be taken by the true owner, whom MSP Spotters.net will stand beside in any dispute. MSP Spotters.net itself will not be held responsible for photos uploaded under false impression. Hundreds of photos are processed daily, making it impossible for the administration to know which photos belong to which photographer. It is the responsibility of site users to report such activity as soon as possible. As soon as we are advised of such activity, corrective action will be taken immediately.
